This was our third time at the Grand Sunset Princess and it was fantastic. The Sunwing reps are very helpful and made our trip smooth.
Don't use Sunwing. Worst airline and rude staff on flight. Very unorganized and not helpful at all. Steer clear spend the extra for a better airline

Have flown twice with Sunwing, both two weeks Jamaica, and just recently to Cuba. Booked Elite-Plus both times, and on the return flights were moved to the regular seats without consulting us, just a voicemail on our home phone which doesn't help when you're on vacation. We book the Elite-Plus, do to medical issues with my girlfriends legs and tall. Who is responsible for thinking they can play God and change seating without consulting us. Confirm we had the seats a week before trip. DON'T USE
my trip with sunwing was so easy & a sunwing representative was there every step of the way on my trip. As soon as ii got off the plane they were there to help with my bags to the bus and hotel. Once we arrived we were introduced to another sunwing representative that showed us the Office to contact them at anytime on our trip, they answered all iur questions and made our trip hassle free. I will definitely be booking with sunwing in my future travels. thanks again!
you should not offer this resort no anyone .you are just burning your name in the same time. if you would give me 5000$ to go back there I wouldn't. terrible terrible experience.

I do Not reccomend this app because it says go to your profile it will be there and its not there So it needs an update
